Transactions are imported automatically every day, so you always have an up-to-date view of your spending. You can then match receipts to transactions with one click for complete expense records. All connections use bank-level 256-bit encryption and read-only access.

How does the AI categorization work?

Our AI analyzes the merchant name, amount, and other transaction details to automatically assign expenses to categories like Meals & Entertainment, Travel, Office Supplies, etc. The AI learns from your patterns over time - if you consistently categorize certain merchants differently, it will adapt.
